White Bear Theatre Presents
Confessions of a Prison Psychologist
by Simon Shepherd

True stories from 10 years behind bars, and one afternoon down the pub.

Simon Shepherd has worked in and around prisons for over three decades, including 10 years as a prison psychologist. He’s also the author of “The Good Book of Prisons” based on his recent tour of every jail in England & Wales.

At turns funny, harsh, tragic and poignant, and compelling throughout, Simon reads from ‘Pork Scratchings Anyone?’, his account of his time working behind bars; opening the door on the hidden world inside the UK’s jails.

funny, moving and thought provoking - Val F

powerful, sometimes searing, but ultimately uplifting - John P
