Your Visit

As soon as you complete the purchase of your tickets, you should receive your e-tickets via email from Lineup Ticketing (Our Ticketing Provider). Please check both inbox, spam and junk folders.

Please bring your tickets onto your mobile phone before you arrive so they can be scanned for entry. If you do not have a smartphone, please print your tickets and bring them with you.

If you do not receive your tickets with 24hrs, contact the Box Office via our contact form with your booking reference number.

Ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible and given the option to either exchange their tickets for an alternative performance or they will be offered a refund.

Please note: The White Bear Theatre or producers of the specific production is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers in the event of a cancelled performance.
